Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 day, and is often sent the same day.

Shipping Times
Delivery times depends on your location within Europe. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as the shipping destination, or unexpected delays with the carrier. Typically it takes between 2 and 8 business days.

Carriers
The carrier used for your shipment is selected based on your location within Europe. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, including but not limited to UPS, DHL, DPD, Hermes, Colis Privé etc. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as select non-EU countries within Europe. Please check if we deliver to your specific country at checkout.

Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure your package arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier-related issues. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided or reach out to our customer service.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. When sending with letter there will be no tracking. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
There is no costums, duties or taxes if you are a customer from EU. For orders outside the European Union, any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. CourtSpin is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
